Rating:BEWARE Xshippers!!! they are scammers, liars, thieves, anything but a shipping service company to be trusted. Dealing with them especially with Tony Issa the rudest, unpolite, worst kind of person i have ever dealt with, was the worst experience ever. i place expensive orders of designers items so you can imagine the high cost of my packages, in the beginning things were somehow ok, despite all the ways they try to charge much more than the $25/kgs in indirect ways, but then they claimed that all packages were destroyed during the Dubai storm, which was a total lie, then a month later they stopped sending all my packages, sending me one item once in a while, while i had plenty of items worth $10,000 held at their warehouses, they stopped answering calls and msgs and if they ever answer they would lie all the time, sometimes promising to send the packages, another time, saying that they don't have any packages for me left there, although i sent proofs of delivery handed to their employee there, they claim that UPS is to be blamed but i called UPS many times and during many incidents and they told me that Xshippers are not paying their dues to UPS and that they have financial issues with UPS, even one of the warehouses owners they used to rent said they are involved in money laundering. Then lately, i spoke with one of their team Fadi who claimed that they closed the company and that Tony Issa and his sister Hiam left and as usual lies and lies. Bunch of Liars! br /> NEVER...
