Rating:I did the same as several other customers thinking I was ordering from Kay jewelers but haven't received any info whatsoever. I guess if things look too good to be true, they usually are!

Rating:I ordered 11/17/2023 from Kay Jewelers and 3 weeks later, nothing no update, no merchandise, no tracking. Please lock your cards because now these scammers have your account numbers. So damn unfair these people do this during the holidays. God Bless to all!

Rating:I just received my jewelry from this site and I'm sending it back and disputing it at the bank. It says here's your pictures so everyone will know.
it won't let me add a picture but the jewelry came in. It looks like something you can buy off a wish for $1.99 and it's all fake. There's no 925 no diamonds no nothing they are a scam. I wouldn't even rate no stars!!! 12/7 /23 the package says Kay jewelers in a black box with a bunch of fake jewelry and the address was returned warehouse in Glasgow AV, Inglewood, California

Rating:I ordered a ring. I did receive a tracking number and was able to track till delivery. It took 17 days and I was surprised it was a nice ring. Quality gemstones and the right size. It did come in a Kay Jewelers box. I'm sorry others have had such poor luck with this company.
