While I did receive an item from them, the quality is below sub par when compared to the reviews and pictures. The power bank which I bought feels cheap and flimsy and came in a even flimsier packaging. I would not recommend buying from this website.

Rating:Do not order with them. I ordered cancelled immediately after as discussed a scam
They would not reply . Days later after emailing many times to cancel Sent emaik saying sent yet on same email i requested the order to be cancelld. Took payment never repsoned entrapment.
Do not buy they are scammers

Rating:Definite scammers here! Also sell products on Facebook under Relaxed Inc company name but your payment goes to Living Easy. I've received no communication at all other than original order email and they claim they post all orders within 24-72 hours with an email sent to you with tracking details. What a joke. I've tried contacting them and they either ignore you or you get a reply sentvat an ungodly hour ie 12:18am (strange for an Australian company) which doesn't answer your questions anyway. Thankfully paid with PayPal and have reported the problem, now just waiting for my refund. Definitely wouldn't recommend to anyone, also beware of their multiple other business names!

Rating:Yes definitely fraud/scam. Wish I had seen these reviews prior to dealing with them. I only noticed that they billed me using a different merchant name (Independent Living Specialists Coorparoo) withe "SP Living Easy" under description on the merchant transaction. Have disputed the transaction with my bank. Purchased surveillance cameras that did not even turn on and the QR code for the app for install had an error return (it does not exist).

Rating:Would give zero stars if possible - Avoid this company. I bought a mini projector that was faulty and they fought me every step of the way to provide a refund. They state on their website a 100% refund guarantee if you are not happy - but will then argue it only applies if there's a product fault, which they need to verify but refuse to supply an address to return the product in order to verify. I provided video evidence and they still refused to acknowledge a fault. I had to get a charge back through the bank in the end. The images and reviews for this product on the website are completely fabricated, I found the images they had stolen from competitors high end projectors. I left a low rating review and this simply does not appear in the reviews section. The sale timer is false, the limited stock number is false and I suspect the popup showing who has just bought items is also false. Do not buy from this company!

Rating:I agree with all the above reveiws! The Power Bank I Bought from this company is flimsy and of poor quality. I've tried to return it for a refund, as per their money back guarentee, but they have refused to do that. Definitely a scam, don't buy from them. Power bank will only charge my phone twice, is very inadequate. Reported it to Payapal but they where of no help. The reveiws on their website are also fake.

Rating:If there was an option to rate them zero stars, that's exactly what I would have chosen. Their deceptive advertising, low-quality products, and abysmal customer service all point to them being nothing short of fraudulent. It's extremely disappointing to encounter such a lack of integrity in a business.
