This is not what was advertised and although they claim money back guarantee, buyer beware. They will not honor it.

Bought a 6-month plan and it was better than expected. However, I couldn't proceed with it due to health reasons. The support team was helpful and understanding and I received a full refund. I will definitely try it again after I get better

I approached the service with a fair bit of hesitation due to some contrasting reviews. However, life threw a curveball with some family health issues shortly after I began the 3-month plan. I was pleasantly surprised by how understanding and accommodating the support team was. Not only did they pause my subscription without any hassle, but they also checked in to provide moral support during a challenging time. The meal plans themselves? They've been a delight amidst the chaos—flavorful, healthy, and aligning perfectly with my dietary needs. It's rare to find a service that combines quality with compassion. Hats off to the team; you've won a customer for a long time.

Not the Mediterranean Diet. If you Google what the Mediterranean Diet REALLY is, you will see the difference.

I'm disappointed in the meal plans. Partly because there are so many ingredients and they are often not used up. For instance, 3 stalks of asparagus and 1/2 cups of fresh pineapple and mango, 1 slice of gluten free bread (although I do not eat GF). No response to my request to cancel just more menus offered.

I am usually a picky eater but this plan let me select a sufficient number of ingredients I don't eat and still provided me with enjoyable meals

I am a picky eater and in the survey, I stated foods I won't eat. When I got the meal plan, some of those foods were included, so it was not going to work for me, so within 5 minutes I contacted support to cancel. They said I wouldn't be billed any more but they would not refund me. I offered to pay for the week's worth of recipes they had already compiled if they would refund the rest. I have not heard back from them. I asked again and then told them I was contacting my credit card and would post honest reviews about their lack of customer service.

The plan was decent but required a lot of different foods. They set me up on automatic renewal and when I tried to cancel all they did was stop future paymnets but were not willing to return my money for the renewal. Very poor customer service. Easy wqy for them to make money

The plan is great and I don't understand why someone would complain.
Yes, you will need to shop, but what do you expect when you sign up for a meal plan ? The food magically makint itself? 😂

i purchased the program and was unable to do it for medical reasons. on 12/29. i cancelled on 1/6 which was within my 10 day money back guarantee. i was told it was way outside my 10 days so they would not refund the money.

Not sure how they do their math but its only 9 days and they approved cancellation on jan 7 which was day 10. Dont believe their guarantee they obviously dont honor it.

MediEats is a scam company. They have a generic response to any emails I sent. All the meals are repeated weekly. No variety. I initially signed up for 8 weeks and paid upfront. My 8 weeks were up 2 weeks ago. They continue to send weekly diet plans and automatically signed me up again… I sent my cancellation notice via email and am waiting for a response. Do not be fooled..
