Rating:I ordered a garment from China back in April. The process turned into a nightmare. track678.com is nothing but a money making scam. I paid the supplier for the garment and shipping fee. It never arrived. The number of emails I have sent is preposterous, I have been pushed from pillar to post, to the extent that I am too exhausted to bother any more. The parcel is stated as being delivered, but where to God only knows and He is not giving any clues! I cannot rate them as there is not a category low enough

Rating:If the online shopping site refers to a tracking number via track678.com, you might as well notify your banking institution that you were scammed. You won’t know it of course until after you get your “”con” firmation and tracking link. They feed you information every few days to make you think your purchase is snaking along the supply lines, and then finally they say your package is delivered—only it isn’t. I had mine coming to a PO Box and at no time did I ever get a USPS tracking number and it never showed on informed delivery as an en route package. I called my bank and reported it. Probably getting a new card to replace the old one. Wish I could give them zero stars.
