Rating:I placed order on 5/13/2023. I received a tracking number that shows cannot find when I track and I cannot find the courier MENGTU anywhere. If order on contact not made soon I must report to my credit card a fraud.

Rating:Believe they are a scam. No phone number. No way to track. No nothing!
I reported them to my credit card company. I would give 0 stars if that were an option.

Rating:I ordered over a month ago can even track my order finally found a email address they told me it takes 7 to 30 days lol still not here now they say package has been delivered ummm no package has came from them asked my neighbors no they haven’t got any of my mail 🤬🤬🤬sad thing was the items I ordered were for my niece for her graduation so so sad

Rating:I ordered and after my payment went through, the link to the store no longer worked. Once I felt I might have been scammed, I sent an email to their support. They sent me a tracking number, a link to the tracking website and it sent regular updates. ALL FAKE. I ended up getting a scarf with horses on it, not what I ordered. COMPLETE SCAM.

Rating:I am in the middle of trying to get my money back and/or waiting to receive the second attempt of delivery to my address. First try took forever and when contacted said it would be 7-30 days to deliver. Then received notification that said it was delivered, I’m on the fence about this because according to the USPS I was supposed to get a package that day but I did not. Nor did any of my neighbors, but it could have very well been stolen, we do have a problem with that here. Then offered to resend a faster safer way.which also takes 7-30 days, I’m still waiting so they’ve offered to give me a 10% discount on my order. I don’t know if that means they will give me a refund or how exactly I’ll get this. Still patiently awaiting my order. I hope to get it before the nice weather ends.
