Rating:Horrible. Toy broke within minutes and when i wrote customer service this was their response:
Dear customer, I'm sorry, but the package was in perfect condition when it arrived. This toy is a toy to play with, not a masticator, and you should teach your pet how to use it before using it. We cannot refund you for the damage caused by the use process. If you need, I can apply for a 10% discount code for you. You can place a new order. Thank you for your understanding.

I contacted them number of times but their responses were none sense
