Rating:This company are scammers! Using false advertising to sell cheap dog toys and guaranteeing they don't rip which is not true. My dog ripped within 5 minutes along with many many others! I want my $40 back I spent on this junk product

Rating:Garbage. I can't get them to respond back to me. My dog, a terrier, had it ripped open in 7 minutes. The address said it was indestructible and the would replace at no charge if destroyed. I have sent two emails and no response.

Rating:I tried to cancel my order within the 24 hour period as their website claims is allowed. I've sent multiple emails and received no reply but my payment was processed immediately and the order has still not shipped nor have there been any updates. Complete scam!

Rating:If i could leave a 0 i would. The wowpetsmart website has all 5-star reviews. Wow, go figure! I wish i would have researched further...my 6 MO lab tore this "invincible" toy up in 4 minutes. Maybe the word invincible means something different in China. It was worse than a stuffy i would buy at The Dollar Store. Emailed for a refund, but no reply. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE !!

Rating:Same as above. My black lab destroyed it in 2 minutes , the company does not answer phone nor reply to emails. This is a scam to sell very cheap toys at very high prices. Stay away from them - they should be investigated and prosecuted!

Rating:Been 10 days and have not received my order. Called several times but always goes to voicemail. Eventually left a message and also emailed with no reply back. Complete scam. Going to dispute charge with my credit card company.

Rating:Total junk! My dogs had holes in the toys within 2 minutes! Same as others when you try to contact. No response to emails, chat even tho they say if they don't resoond will send an email within 24 hours and you can't get thru to customer service phone. Can't even leave a message! It's Google voice when you call phone number and they say that person is not available! I will report them to BBB. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! If I could have left a zero for star rating I would have

Rating:I ordered also. I did receive about a month later but my 8 month old puppy destroyed both within an hour. I tried to email & of course no response.
I reported to my cc company & now it is a pending refund.
Could take up to 45 days. Fingers crossed I get my $ back

Rating:Ordered and paid for a couple of dog toys and have yet to receive a response to my email. I know better and need to stop shopping late at night when my mind is apparently lacking common sense. I suppose I'm now out about $40. Curses.

Rating:DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! It really is a big scam. I ordered two items (stuffed animals) which they guaranteed if they were ripped by your dog, would be replaced. My dog ripped them both within an hour. After 10 emails and a couple phone calls to a weird voice mail, absolutely no response. I guess I'll try stitching them up with some heavy duty thread because my $50 went bye bye!

Rating:I recently purchased two toys from this company. It's a complete scam. They say they will replace any toy that your dog destroys. They will, if you buy more from them. Otherwise, you have to pay for the privilege of getting another defective toy. Please don't waste your money. The toy was ripped apart in 3 minutes by my dog.
