Rating:SCAMMERS! They shipped me a completely broken product and refused to take a return. Customer service was in complete denial and refused to refund me or resolve the issue, despite clear photo evidence of the broken product they shipped.

Rating:ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS COMPANY. Do NOT purchase anything from them. Bought wall panels and the products weren’t even cut straight; they refused to take them back and refund me or ship me a non-faulty product.

Rating:I was skeptical at first couldn't find any kind of information on this company, I bit the bullet because I was desperate and this was the only place I could find panels. I ordered what I needed. I text and emailed and all my questions were answered and quickly. From time I placed order and received panels was roughly around 10 days but we also had Labor day during that time and weekend. I do think the saw that was used maybe could have been sharper but for most part I don't have any complaints, I am grateful that all went good.

Rating:Super excited to see another option for acoustic panels and ordered a box. Box arrived very damaged from shipper and when I opened to look at the product I was even more disappointed to see the panel slats being very poorly spaced on the felt backing. Impossible to put one panel next to another due to NONE of the slats lining up or spacing correctly. EXTREMELY poor customer service when I brought these 2 problems (shipping damage and poor workmanship) to their attention in emails. They want to charge me $60 to return the items in "the original box the same way as received, well-covered and protected in the corners to secure the panels". So they want me to PAY $60 in fees, pay the return shipping AND back the way it came...only in better, well covered and protected boxes??? Check their return policy page on their website and note the FIRST sentence that states they guarantee the workmanship of their products??? Guarantee of what I guess should be asked...Look at the photos below and note the variance of the slats on the panels. Poor at best.

Rating:Same as above. Defective product. Not even the right size. Customer service refused to back up their product even with pictures.

Rating:Do not purchase anything from them. I ordered wall panels, they came thicker, really thick, not like they showed on the video on their website. I tried to request a refund . I was told it's going to be $60. And it should be the same package, "the original box the same way as received, well-covered and protected in the corners to secure the panels". Even more, the size was incorrect as shown on their website and in reality. So disappointing. On video they advertise their product thickness, in fact it came absolutely different.

Rating:Very professional team of people. I ordered the marble panels and wood panels and the panels arrived in 4 days to my home and the best part is that everything was very well protected and in perfect condition. Installation was a piece of cake and the final looks truly added value to my living. I'll be ordering more materials from them in the near future since I have now to remodel the kitchen. Outstanding experience!

Rating:DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! Very poor business practice. I ordered slat panels described to be black. Color was dark brown, not black. Sent a photo proving such and they said panels were as described on website. $60 processing fee + shipping. Because of the heavy weight it would cost $80 to return item. So $140 cost to return $200 item. Absolutely ridiculous!!!

Rating:Renovating.us is a SCAM!!! Do not trust.
They send u crap products that dont fit together and the prints dont match up and then their customer service is crap telling u its ur fault that u cant do it.
It looks like wallpaper that the print never lines up on.
Cheap crap!!! Dont buy from here.
