Rating:I ordered a 14ft Large Heavy Duty Greenhouse. After I ordered I noticed that the greenhouse did not have a brand name listed. There was a 15 day lead time on the order. I researched their mailing address in CA. There was another business located at that address. Which did not make any sense. I noticed that the website had no item's sale price listed over $1,000. Which makes you wonder if they are not a cheap knock off or CA's Law not to prosecute any crime under $1,000. Anyway, I cancelled my order and notified my credit card company. Three days later I received a response from them stating that my order has been cancelled. Still not sure if they are legit or not, waiting to hear back from my credit card company. I will give them the benefit of the doubt with 2 Stars.

Rating:MyPatioPro is a scam. If you have placed an order, cancel immediately. If you’re just browsing, stop looking at this site. The sad thing is that there are hard working Americans who just want to enjoy the great out doors but can’t afford to walk into a furniture store and buy these items at full price. I thought this site would have changed that for me and my boys , two of which are severely autistic. It’s sad that we must share America with such lazy, unprincipled scum.

Rating:Yes, scam. I ordered a gazebo that was really too cheap to be true. They processed my order (it was about $300) and two days later I received an email saying my order was refunded. But as I check my cc statement today, they did not actually send the refund. I put in a dispute with cc company. I think their scam is to hope refunds are not checked on and they keep the $.

Rating:It happened to me , I order plant bases and 2 days after I received an email saying that I have been refunded but itching yet appears in my bank account. I emails them and call but no answer. This is SCAM website.

Rating:Ordered some chairs. Same as everyone else. Got an email saying my order was cancelled and no refund given yet. Reported to my credit card.

Rating:UPDATE: To my original post about purchasing the 14ft Greenhouse. Their website is no longer active and they never did refund my money, after notifying me that they had. My credit card company is still investigating, waiting for a response from the merchant. I downgraded their rating to 1 star, but I am sure that they are laughing all the way to the bank! I hope that there is a special place in hell for these grifters! Can't make it in the real world with a honest days work for a honest days pay!

Rating:Well if this don’t beat all. I ordered an umbrella from them back in April and just saw this. No wonder I haven’t received it yet!! This is the 4th time I’ve been scammed online. NO MORE ORDERING ON LINE. I don’t care if I have to drive to timbucktoo. The internet has lost my business. If people would get up and go buy want they want and go pick it up, etc etc, they’d find a way to stop this crap. Boycott buying online. There’s no telling how many billions are stolen from scams. Yes, I’m screaming but for some reason this comment won’t submit with explanation marks
