Rating:I have been ripped off by this company. I ordered a gift, spent over $85 and they haven’t sent. I contacted them to enquire as to why it was taking so long and they have said I cancelled payment. I have proof of purchase. They are refusing to send unless I order again. What a joke. I don’t know how to get my money back

Rating:I ordered an item from this site, and while it did arrive there was a very obvious chunk of the frame that had come off. When I asked to return/refund the item, they said that I would have to pay the shipping fee and it could cost over $60? While that might just be an outright lie, at this point I'd rather get the 10% BS discount and do something with this item then fight it. I really don't recommend them, go to Etsy instead.

Rating:Do NOT buy from these guys! I ordered a gift for Mother’s Day and it took nearly 4 weeks so missed Mother’s Day. I also ordered the wrong size and contacted them immediately and apparently there was nothing they could do. They obviously hadn’t started anything since it took and additional 4 weeks to even hear anything about shipment. The only thing they offered was for me to just buy the right size — this was a few hours after I placed order so utterly ridiculous.

Rating:Scam! I ordered 2 gifts for mother's Day (which came late by the way, but I understand that they may have been busy with orders). Once received I realized they sent me a defective item AND they sent me someone else's order. So, I contacted them asking for a refund (seeing how it is not my order and the other order is damaged) and they first told me they can refund me 5%. I told them no, I want a refund since I have no use for the products that THEY screwed up. They then offered me 15% refund. Why am I paying anything since I never recieved what I asked for. This is their screw up, they need to fix it. I even sent them pictures! I would have even settled for a 50% refund since I did technically receive 1/2 of my order (even if it was defective).
Do not order from them unless you have money to waste!

Rating:I also have not received my order that I wantef for mothers day, and when I e-mail them about it which is usually 1 to 2 days later when they respond back to me, its always more lies!!!😡😡😡😡😡

Rating:This company is a scam. I ordered Something for Mothers Day and it came the day before ........WRONG SIZE WRONG COLOR AND MY KIDS NAMES WRONG yet they wanted to offer me a 10% then 20% and one last 30% off i just wanted a refund i sent them pictures and they said that if i wanted a refund i would have to send tee shirt back at my cost and pay a restock fee
DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A SCAM!!!!!!
