Rating:This place is terrible it took three months and when I finally received something it was a ring which I did not order, I had 18 pieces of clothing they told me that I did receive the order because of the tracking no. But it was the same tracking no. As the cheap ring. they said I can keep the ring and they will give me 30% back still haven’t received the 30% yet!

Rating:SCAM!!! I placed a large order, waiter a month…received a ring that I didn’t order. The “customer service” said it was an order mix up, apologized, and said I could teturn the ring (at my expense) and he would refund 30% of what I paid. What?? SCAM ALERT!! Stay away!!

Rating:I placed an order of Pride (May 8) shirts thinking it would be here by June..ish. A month later still nothing. I tracked it using number they gave me. Finally got a tracking from the post office and THERE WAS NEVER ANY PACKAGE SENT. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Rating:I just got an email from CHENYE.shop, they’re refunding me my $129.56 since I harassed them 2-3 times weekly. I told them I disputed the charge with my CC company, which I did. When I searched for a particular item on their site it now comes up DUIDE, LIMINEER, & FEELACITY and two of those sites say. It a secure site with a warning on them.

When I searched for a particular item on their site it now comes up DUIDE, LIMINEER, & FEELACITY and two of those sites say, It’s NOT a secure site with a warning on them.

Rating:I ordered clothes month ago. When I checked it said it was delivered. I never got anything. They told me if I pay for shipping again they will send the order out again. Once again it said it was delivered and I didn’t get a thing. I repeatedly asked them to verify my address which they couldn’t do. Nothing was probably ever shipped. They said they will refund 60% which I bet I never get. Scam all the way😡😡😡

Rating:I placed an order over 2 months ago- it's a complete scam DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM- they keep giving me the run around saying my package was delivered- but it never was! Then they emailed me saying I can pay an additional $15 to reorder the same items i already paid for and never received!! It's a scam!!!

Rating:I placed an order for 8 Pride items on 8 May 2023. A while later I was told the product (singular) I ordered was out of stock and the minimum turnaround was 25 days. I was then told I'd need to bear a further freight charge of $15 which I adamantly refused, they said they'd pay it from my original payment. I chased and chased and eventually demanded a refund. They gave me the runaround with them being a small company, can't get permission from frieght company, all sorts. Their offer for a refund went from 50% to 60% to 70% to 80%, with me asserting myself at each point. Eventually I looked things up online and even with an international company there are legal avenues so I quoted these to them and it seemed to put the frighteners on, they've offered a 100% refund in 7-10 business days. We'll see. Otherwise I'll be lodging a legal complaint.
