Horrible customer service! Does not take care of unhappy customers. Would not honor a mistaken quantity and refund me when I caught the error within minutes of the order. Quality of plant pulleys very cheap. I'm out $297.00. Beware to future buyers!

purchased a bird feeder and had shipment tracking. Last update for shipping was 4/28/23 and indicated the package was in Boulder CO. I have not received the package as of today's date, 5/15/23. I am unable to contact the company via email and unable to locate a phone number or address for this company.

I bought items from extractions for $34.94 that arrived completely broken and I cannot use them at all. They asked me to send a video to prove they didn’t work. I did. No reply. After many weeks of emails (I even translated them into Mandarin), I was offered $3. I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau and Facebook. This company is a complete scam.
