Rating:I was really bummed out because I lost my favorite pair of Ray-Ban prescription eyeglasses. I was about to cough up to $400 to get them from my local optometrist/eyeglass place. Then I saw this site and I built them out for $212 with all of the extra coatings and 3 to 5 day shipping included, I’m happy to say that they showed up on time and perfect! As a matter fact, they caught MY error when I submitted my prescription online and reached out to me to correct it before they made the lenses. That was pretty surprising! I’ll definitely use this site again. A++++ :)

Rating:Shipping took more than 3 weeks to arrive, not 7-9 business days as advertised. Glasses came out with one lense scratched. I contacted the company right away with a photo of the defect. No response. I sent 3 emails, called customer service and field their contract form online, no luck. Only automated messages that someone will contact me shortly. Never happened. I do not recommend the site, no customer service at all, can't solve the problem. I bought from them, because the price was right, but it's not worth it, as practically I don't have glasses.
