Rating:Do NOT buy from DOJITA. You will lose your money. Its been a month and i paid extra for fast shipping. It is a total scam.

Rating:Honestly saying, I did ordered earbuds via link. Not www.dojuta.com. I got the packet. Shipment time was reasonable (21 days I think) I payed via PayPal, so I can always claim the money back.. One thing though, at the earbuds page there is also a pro version. No where to find in the webshop... So at least I had an OK experience with them...

Rating:Paid extra for faster delivery and I could have walked from Australia to Hong Kong to collect it in quicker time. Very poor !!

Rating:If you just have to have something from Dojita, check Amazon. Buy there first. Dojita is impossible to deal with and will take nearly a month to deliver ANYTHING. under no circumstances should you fall for the VIP/expedited shipping scam. They will take your money and still take a month to deliver. When you complain and ask for the fee to be refunded, they take days to respond when they hit you with a larger shipping bill. Completely dishonest and undeserving of our business. I'd pay double to buy from someone else.

Rating:It's a con, the wording made me think I was getting more than I got . Took too long to deliver, took over a month and I missed Xmas deadline. Ordered 29th November.

Rating:Bought several items for Christmas presents from Dojita. They said 7-12 days delivery. That was Nov. 27, it’s now DEC 29 and still haven’t received the stuff. I wish I would have kept my money. I gave it 1 star because it wouldn’t let me zero or negatives.

Rating:Dojita sucks, took the money and ran. I have to wonder is there ant way to file a class action law suit against them?
My story is the same as the others, Face Book market place should not allow these fly by night con artist to advertise there products on there web site, they should do a better job vetting these companies.

I have order 2 Ear Buds on 8th December for Christmas Gift, did not receive them till 6 of January 2020, tried to charge them the wire and case has melted , nearly burnt my house.
I have been trying to contact them since 7th Jan , no one bothers to respond, very bad customer service, PLEASE stay away from this dodgy business.

Rating:Similar to others, I have ordered a set of earbuds via their Facebook ad. on December 10, 2019, and I have not received it yet as of today (Jan. 27). It was sup[posed to be delivered in 13 - 20 days.
I emailed them several times, and they responded the first two times asking me to wait; but they have been unresponsive for for past two weeks.
How can we sue them and take the money back?
