Rating:I got a product cheaper than what I ordered and was charged for. In trying to get what I ordered I supplied them with packing list, pictures, order number, tracking number, and dimensions. All I have gotten is excuses and requests for more information. Never buy anything from them.

Rating:I've reached out to this company to get back my refund for a purchase I didn't make. I've emailed them a couple of times only for them to say they would only refund me $8 of the $42 with tax and shipping....that was put on my card. What triggered me was a fraud alert from my bank. By then the charge had come through. The bank told me they couldn't stop the payment because it was already in pending. So why send me a fraud alert...but then don't allow me to deny the charge. That's when I reached out to the company to explain what had happened. Then they tell me I would only receive $8 in refund. Do not order from this company because they are truly ripping people off. Im gonna look into filing a report with the BBB.

Rating:These people are dishonest. What I received did not resemble what I ordered. It was garbage and on top of that the smell was so horrendous that I could not store it in my house. DO NOT order their products. Only good points were that I received something and tracking info was accurate.

Rating:Very unsatisfied with the product. Very low quality. After 2 tries to return the product, all I got were excuses and lame comments. It went right into the garbage. Save your money, this is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They claim easy returns which is a total lie.
