Rating:The Premium activation code that is sent after paying for the subscription does not work. Without it, you won't get anywhere. I immediately contacted the support team. Now more than a day has passed without any kind of answer. I've read the same message from many others. The code doesn't work and the support team doesn't respond.

Rating:Paid, received nothing, no support response.
I paid €18.85 for Premium access on September 1, 2026, and was supposed to receive the activation code within 5 minutes. I never received the code.
I checked my spam folder and contacted support three times, but received no response at all.
The payment was charged successfully, but the service was never provided.
I am now disputing the transaction with my bank. Very disappointing experience.
