Rating:I placed an order through a website called tolirs.shop. After taking my money..it went to a shipping company called 17 track. I contacted both and they referred me to each other . Total scam

Rating:DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS RIP OFF COMPANY IN CHINA!!! I DID NOT KNOW IT WAS CHINESE UNTIL I WANTED TO RETURN MY ITEMS. I WOULD RATE THEM A ZERO.
I ordered 2 bras according to their size chart. The bras were delivered, were a decent price & were pretty BUT ,ALTHOUGH LABELED AS A LARGE, THEY WOULD NOT HAVE FIT A 6 YEAR OLD CHILD.
CUSTOMER SERVICE IS RIDICULOUS, TELLING ME TO RETURN THEM TO CHINA FOR $20 FOR A REFUND. THIS IS A TOTAL RIP OFF. I CANNOT WEAR THE BRAS AND THIS RETURN FEE IS 1/2 OF THE COST OF THE BRAS IN THE FIRST PLACE...WHICH ARE NOT TRUE TO SIZE. THIS IS TOLIRS FAULT.
I WILL TRY TO DISPUTE THE SALE OVER MY BANK.

Rating:Similar experience as Josie. Ordered two DD bra size and received four B cup size. Contacted customer support and was given an address in China to ship back to. They never issued an RMA or a pre-paid shipping label. No reference to an order number anywhere.
It wouldn't make sense to pay return shipping if they have no way of crediting back the refund.
Most probably a scam or a very poorly run business.

Rating:Similar to above. Received my parcel, and tracking worked (sort of). But after following the sizing instructions and receiving what I ordered, what I actually got was so small it would not go over my head. Also no strap adjustments, so even if I could have got them onto my body they wouldn't have reached low enough to give any cover let alone support. Put them in the trash within 5 minutes of opening the package. Definitely not worth any time and effort to attempt to return.

Rating:Yes I am the same. Ordered 2 bras, and very pretty and well made but miles too small. Given no returns form, only some long address to send them back!!!!
will have to give them to charity.

Rating:I ordered 3 pairs of shoes and put them on my charge card. I never got the shoes, and they did get my money from the credit card company. They lied and said the package was delivered, but it never came.
I currently have a dispute with my credit card company.
I wish I had read these comments before I placed the order.

Rating:Sorry I hadn’t read this report before ordering. Three bras that the straps are too short. Wants 20.00 to reorder. Also got two pair of shoes, cheap vinyl. When will ever learn. Products from China.

Rating:I wish I'd checked them out before I ordered. I've had the same problem as everyone else, except that the bras I ordered are too large. They charged me $7 for shipping them, but told me that if I sent them $20, they would send me new ones and I wouldn't have to return the first ones. In what world does that make sense? I told them I'd send them $7 and they could send me the new ones and they said "OK" but sent me an invoice for $20. When I told them this was wrong and to send me an invoice for $7, they never responded.
