    I received the order but it is not working. I have already sent them a message via the contact form on their website but have not received a reply!?

    The spinner does not work because the propeller does not turn. There seems to be one small gear missing.

    Bad customer service, didn't respond to my messages.
    So I'm stuck with their product not working and my son is very sad.
