The website is an online store that claims to sell glasses holders at low prices. However, they are defrauding customers by sending them products that differ from what was advertised. Many customers are complaining about never receiving their orders as well. The email address is unresponsive and is linked to another website. All of their items are on sale at low prices, and this is another red flag.T hey are also operating as https://www.tindress.com/. They claim to be owned by Heze Haochang E-commerce Co.; this company is Chinese and is run by Chinese scammers.

    I ordered from them and it was stuck at the same carrier for weeks, according to the tracking info. They changed the status to delivered, at the carriers address, and states away from me. When requesting a refund, they said to "check the post office." The one that's located in another state. Total scam.

    They're a total scam. I ordered from them, but when i received my order it was nothing like advertised. It was theoretically the same product but it was more of a 5$ "i could have literally made this myself", then what they advertised. Please don't waste your money. I emailed their customer support, we'll see if i hear back but at this point i am less than optimistic.

    My story is similar to KN! And the last email I have is that they are 'Investigating'. Yeah right. Totally a SCAM!

    I ordered from glorifind 7 weeks ago and received a tracking number. Weeks later, I still had not received my order and the tracking site indicated that my order was in transit. For weeks. So I contacted the website that told me that my order was delivered the same day. That was a lie, nothing had been delivered, no note from the post office, nothing. I have cameras on my house, I can see if a delivery gets in my mail box.
    So I contacted the website again, and they keep lying to me, one person say they're investigating, another say my delivery is on its way (without any tracking link), still another say thank you for your understanding... but all refuse to refund the order.
    So for me, this website is a SCAM.

    Same happened to me. I live in Ohio it said it was sent to Louisiana and they won't refund or give any details. This site is a total scam.....DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

    This looks like it is becoming a common theme. I placed my order in late November. I never received the product. I went back and checked the tracking number in January and it said it was delivered on December 26th. The address it says it was delivered to is in California, my shipping address is in Texas. I've contacted support and the first response was that it was delivered and to check with the post office. When I pushed them on it I'm told it's been sent to the investigation team and we're waiting for a response. It's 2023, any company worth it's weight in salt would simply refund the money or resend the product. What is there to investigate, the delivered to address doesn't match the shipping address. Investigation over in 10 seconds.

    Do not waste you time, money or energy ordering from here.

    I ordered from them. I got product but it is nothing like they advertised. It wasnt hand painted, it was a thin piece of wood that they scanned an image on that wasn't even functional. They wouldn't refind my money just offered me a 1/3 of what i paid. Its horrible how cn we shot them down
