Rating:This website had wonderful initial follow up and communication, but the product was all wrong. I thought I was ordering silk trousers. I ordered a large, and after waiting many weeks I received an extra extra large that was way too small and way too short. The fabric was way heavier with very little drape to it. When I contacted customer service, I was told that there was no chance of return, exchange, or refund even though the error was 100% their fault. I will never deal with this website again.
