Rating:Worse customer service can't answer question the guy has an attitude in answering question. He told me I will receive my order with in 24hrs. I did not received my order with in 10 days not along 24 hrs. Total scam.

Rating:Scam! Order an extra-large heating jacket. Received the jacket that a medium person couldn't wear. Came WITHOUT the battery pack for the heating option. Promised the battery pack, promised a partial refund. Neither received but I also have a recurring charge of $29.99 each month. Only rating a star because it is required.

Rating:I just found the 29.99 charge on my acct. I have no idea who these people are...never heard of them before. I have filed a dispute with the bank. From reading the reviews and other sites, this seems like a scam. Tried to leave a quarter star but it won't let me.

Rating:It's a complete scam. That's direct from Chase Bank. Stay away. $39.99 on my account that was unauthorized.
