Rating:When you place your order, free delivery is offered, but no information is given on how or when it will be delivered. After validating the order, the site twice offered faster delivery with insurance, which I refused. After the second refusal, the site proposed additional purchases twice in a row, which I refused. But when I received the order confirmation, an amount of €7.87 had been added for delivery with UPS Express Priority.
I received e-mails from OZERTY France informing me of the progress of my order and its transport, and an e-mail from CIRRO Parcel telling me that my parcel had been delivered "to my letterbox". However, I found nothing in my letterbox.
I wanted to make a complaint to CIRRO Parcel via their satisfaction survey, but in view of the non-receipt of the parcel, the transport company asked that investigations be made around the letterbox, with neighbors and possible video surveillance !
I lodged a complaint with Ozerty-France, who considered that it was inadmissible since Cirro Parcel indicated that the delivery had been made.
I threatened Ozerty France with legal action. As a result, they sent me the order, which arrived this time.
