Rating:I placed 2 orders with Panymore, they showed an option to pay 10$ for an express 10-15 days delivery
1) They have a huge delay and customer service Ian is full of lies
2) they decided with pre informing me to ship my order in 2 separate shipment and did not inform me until 10 days passed after dispatching the first parcel and let thing my full order is on the way
3) received the first delivery and one of the bracelet received is completely different Vs the photo and description and when communicated with Ian in customer service he kept playing me right & left with a different stories everyday and then offered to compensate me with 13$.
To conclude, false promised delivery date, poor and very manipulating and waste of time customer service and poor quality products and I will never repeat this mistake and buy from Panymore anymore!
