Gabbystore.com is associated with the email tyserviceteam tyserviceteam@hotmail.com, and foshan billia technology co ltd wigs. They misrepresented themselves by selling me two wigs as new. I made several attempts to get a refund and was told the shipping charges to China would be expensive for me to do so. They did not keep their promise regarding the delivery date for the wigs. Here is a copy of their last email to me:

Hello.
Normal delivery time is about 10 working days, international logistics is affected by many factors, we can not control the specific arrival time, please understand.
We know you want high quality human hair, human hair is good quality and high price. But the two pieces you purchased total $55, which is the price of chemical fiber hair, you get what you pay for. (Nowhere on their website did it indicate the product was chemical fiber hair???)
If you don't like it, here is the return address:Room408, Building 17, Cuigang Industrial Park Zoom3, Fuyong Avenue, Baoan District, Shenzhen, China; Contact Number: 18697974057.zip code: 518103. Return shipping and taxes related(if has) are on your own.
Afer send, please send us the tracking number so that we can refund you ASAP.
Sincerely
Customer Service Department
