Rating:I ordered a hat. They sent me the wrong color and the wrong style and the wrong size. I contacted them immediately so within their 45 day guarantee. They responded that they did not have enough employees to send out the right hat and did not want to spend the shipping costs to send another one. They offered me $10. and later $15. after they saw my reviews on FBook (they banned me) and on youtube videos. They are thieves like one would hide in the bushes and steal your money.

Rating:For anybody that is buying a hat. Just remember if you've got the style you don't like they will not give your money back. I suggest you don't buy from this company. They are a ripoff

Rating:I recently bought a hat and it wasn't the one I wanted so I want to send it back. They'd only give me half of my money back. That is not acceptable. They should refund the whole amount so anybody want to buy a hat. Don't buy it from this company because it's a rip

Rating:accessed the Tendahat store thru Facebook. Just about everything on the site was false. When I received my hat (20days later), it looked NOTHING like the picture. Was unbranded junk. It's something you would find at the dollar store. I complained and the offered me a $10 courtesy refund or a refund of the full price $39 if I paid the shipping from and to China (over $20). DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.

Rating:Tiendahat is a fraudulent operation. It's bait and switch or outright thievery. Avoid this entity at all cost.
