Geeksoutfit.com is NOT a scam, though you would be forgiven for thinking it is. From the moment that my purchase went through their website so quickly without an intermediate confirmation button or any sense that it was a secure transaction, I started having second thoughts about my purchase. I then realised it was a Chinese company doing business in the English language, which made me even more sceptical. I belatedly thought to Google it to see if it was a scam. I found it had a “1% Trust Score”, mostly because it had only been around less than a year, followed by two short 5 star reviews that make you think it is the company itself trying to counter the low trust score. Then I received an email confirming shipment of my package with a tracking code that took me to a Chinese site that provided no useful tracking information. When I sent a message to the email address provided by Geeksoutfit.com, they responded with reassurance that the tracking site is not updated sometimes, so I should wait five days and check again. BE WARNED, I soon discovered this brief email communication with Geeksoutfit.com cost me a further $2.12 USD charged to my credit card. I did some more Googling and found a third review, this one extremely negative saying the t-shirts they received were very cheaply made. Believe it or not, this negative review reassured me like nothing else had since placing my order. It told me that I probably had not fallen for a scam, if people we actually receiving som... Buyer Beware. This company is a scam. They are a Chinese company that primarily advertises on Facebook. They remove and block anyone who posts a remotely negative comment so they appear to be a well reviewed company. I made a purchase in late November and did not hear from them for over 2 weeks. When I finally got in touch with them, they attempted to extort an additional fee from me just to get my items. When I requested a refund, they blocked my email. I've had to contact my bank to get the situation resolved. Beware of ads of social media sites. Buy from trusted sellers.

The product was fine, and to be honest, I probably would have bought from them again...BUT... they've added me to a mailing list and I've hit unsubscribe about ten times now and still keep getting daily emails. It's honestly not that hard to do business in an honest way. I have no idea why they would sacrifice any hope of a future purchase from me by pestering me, and refusing to action my unsubscribe request.

These people are scammers. Never received the package. When I sent an email about non receipt, they provided a number to call the French post office, the number was disconnected. They provided a tracking number, the French post office said they were waiting for the package to ship. I recontacted them multiple times and they finally offered to reship if I paid the shipping charge again ! Avoid like the plague.

Ordered a month ago (Literally not figuratively) and am still waiting for the product...
Communicated with their Customer Support only to find out I'm dealing with a Chinese company with an address in NJ...
CS is horrible and they keep promising me that my order is on its way and refusing to cancel the order.
    Don't buy!

I ordered two t-shirts and one lapel pin from Geekoutfit.com in November 2023. They did take a long time to arrive (1 month, 3 days), but they were exactly what I expected. The lapel pin was even in a nice small box with a bow on it. The package came from an address in the USA (I think it was New Jersey). I double checked my credit card charges, and see that Geekoutfit.com charged me only what I had expected. So my experience was good (but expect a long delivery time). I am guessing that the images on the shirts are applied AFTER you place an order, so that takes some time. The images on the shirts are not silk-screened -- they are kind of plastic-y feeling, but good enough for what you pay.

BUYER BEWARE. I ordered t-shirts in October, they failed to fulfill order by December, then repeatedly refused to refund my money's asking for more and more chances to try to deliver. Their "order tracking" to the port of LA indicated the package made it multiple times, but the USPS never got it... I think they either can't figure out how to fulfill orders (= incompetence) or they are actually fraudulent. The refusal to refund after 3 months, in a ridiculous Kafka-esque series of emails pushes me towards thinking they are a scammers.
