Rating:I have ask for a refund for a dress that never arrived £23.24 it was ordered by mistake on June 29th 2023. Bohemian navy V neck dress order number 4101553967. I’m very disappointed.

Rating:My order came to £22.07 with free postage but I was charged £27.54. I challenged this but they said I had ticked a box for insurance cover. When I checked this box was pre-ticked by default and I hadn’t noticed but it said the insurance was £0.48 not £5. I’m asking for a full refund and to cancel my order.

Rating:I ordered a make up item on 29.11 23 - i had a couple of updates stating it was on it's way but it has not been received by me - several email conversations have taken place - they told me to wait and that it was definitely arriving soon - they have now said it must have gone to the wrong place and, as it was not them that delivered it there's nothing they can do - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
