Rating:I have ordered a personalized t-shirt for fathers day. Pictures looks great. The reality was less spectacular. The quality of the product is very poor, the print blurred in places, uneven and poor stitching, and the t-shirt is too small for its size.
I wanted to return but they do not accept returns and offered me 15% refund.
Given this is a useless t-shirt for me and the fact that it was pricey for what I got, that solution is not acceptable for me.
It's a second time I got "lured" by great pictures to buy a product directly from China (unknowingly) and I will try to never do that again. Both cases were waste of money.

Rating:Bought a cap off images they used for marketing, which looked great. The product however looks like something a three-year old makes for their parents from kindergarten. Absurd! They don't take returns either. I'd say they I spent £34 pounds and received something worth £5. They probably laugh each time they bag a sale. :-(

Rating:I ordered a men's t-shirt from this company, based on the photos and description on their site.
What I received was an extremely poor quality, shiny, thin polyester type shirt…The material resembles that of a cheap children's Halloween costume.
I am convinced that they use other businesses' photos on their website, but send out a cheap version that no one would ever wear in public.
I have been trying to arrange a return/refund, but they are horrible to deal with; and they keep offering me a small percentage back to keep the shirt instead.
Based on my experience, I would recommend avoiding this business.

Rating:I ordered the personalized alphabet initial whiskey glass. It was very cheap. They make it look like the detailing including the initial is "raised" but it actually looks like a sticker. DO NOT BY THIS PRODUCT. Poor quality.
