Q1 09/14/2022 at 01:11 PM
Rating:Was contacted by parametric-staffing.com regarding a job offer. They said the only thing I needed was a Scrum certification (even though I would be hired at a much higher level). The pointed me to this website for the $500 training.
FYI - parametric-staffing.com was just registered on 8/22 (three weeks ago).
I chalked this one up as a failed scam attempt, and I moved on.

Disappointed 09/20/2022 at 03:23 PM
Rating:I got the same exact experience as Q1. Contacted by Parametric Staffing and then directed to The Learning Ace (thelearningace(.)com). Q1, thanks for warning me about this, the certification seemed sketchy, since it's not even one of the top certification authorities out there. I fell for this because of the California-based phone number (916-518-1064 and 408-353-0253).

Rating:Had the place call me. I found it fishy so I researched it first. I do not have monies to be lost.
Numbers that called me:

Syed called first, then James

scam 09/28/2022 at 07:12 PM
Rating:Just received the same call from 916.518.1064 for a open position with Samsung, and they were very pushy to get this scrum cert for $500 from https://www.thelearningace.com . There are plenty of other cert companies out there at are only charging $299 for the same cert. I have reported to the FCC. james.pereira@parametric-staffing.com is the email James is using.
