I live in Australia and originally order three sets of goods totalling USD 97.43 in July 2022. I have followed up with the support team at Soup-grass.com as to the delivery of my goods. I was given a Tracking Number that did not exist or traceable. They have responded on each occasion (quickly) stating international shipping takes longer. I still do not know if I will be receiving these goods or any tracking or shipping details. I tried to find the same goods on their website but cannot. They now only show handbags not the Jewellery Making Kits I had ordered. Maybe a Scam.

I would give them 0 stars! The Picture if Items are not what is in the box. Contacted their customer service and was told I got the correct box. Almost $40 dollars not being returned. This was supposed to be a fun Advent calendar for our family. Now I have 24 plastic pieces I wouldn’t even buy at the dollar store!!! Buyer Beware!!!!

They use images of goods from other sellers and create an illusion that they are buying wholesale or bulk and reselling. Turns out they are just producing cheap imitations of things and making a meager profit. Simple effective con artist basics. Stay away from it and watch it burn.
