I made an online purchase on 21/03 at Forweardtap.com (QwriAinality Technology Co. Ltd), expecting delivery by 20/04. Unfortunately, my order was blocked by customs and returned to the sender on 14/06. When I contacted the company to request a refund for the product (excluding shipping costs), they refused and offered to resend the product, but with an additional shipping fee.
This is unacceptable. Cross-border commerce inherently carries risks, and this company's refusal to offer a fair resolution is unprofessional. I have decided not to pursue a refund and instead warn others: avoid purchasing from Forweardtap.com (QwriAinality Technology Co. Ltd).
