Rating:You have taken an unauthorised payment from my account. I need this to be cancelled. I paid £1.99 for a pdf downloader but did not authorise a payment of £29.90. Nationwide Building Society have been informed and are blocking any further payments you try to take. Carolyne Coleby

Rating:This company does business in a very underhand way. It seems that in taking a short term trial for £1.99 automatically led to taking out a subscription for £29.90, which I did not want.
It was not made at all clear that to avoid being automatically subscribed and charged it was necessary to unsubscribe within the trial period.
I have informed my bank (Nationwide Building Society) and a block has been put on this company to prevent any future payments to them.
Apparently what was done is legal and I cannot obtain a refund via the Nationwide Building Society because nothing fraudulent had happened. Their suggestion was that I try and obtain a refund from the company.
As far as rating this company, they don't even deserve one star.

Rating:I have had the same issue, I couldn't work out where the charges had come from. Have requested the funds be returned (not holding my breath) and asked the bank to stop future charges.
Has anyone had a positive outcome here?

Rating:At first I got withdrawal money from this platform. After that, I invited my friend to try it. Until this went out of control. They give my friend a lot of lucky orders and it reaches to 100k. Now the tasks resets to 60 but our money cannot be withdrawn because you have to finish the remaining tasks first. Please someone help me and my friend to report this concern and get our money back. Rating:Hidden subscription buried in the terms and conditions. You think you are paying a one-off charge for £1.99 for a single PDF conversion, no. They sign you up without asking for a monthly £29.90 subscription. Avoid at all costs

Rating:Absolutely appalling I happily paid £1.99 for a one week unlimited access and no where was I told that after the week they would then start charging 29.90 on a subscription. I never setup and account but sure enough on the 8th august I was charged 29.90, I have contacted them and they claim it is a subscription, which I have never approved, but is in the T&C's.
This is fraud and is disgusting why they are doing being clients backs.
Don't give your card details to this company!!!

Rating:SCAM SCAM SCAM. THIEVES AND CROOKS OF THE HIGHEST ORDER!
Does anyone have the website or contact email address for these scammers. I made a 1 off transaction then realised they've been taking £29.90 every month for the last 8 months and now I can't find these thieves anywhere.

Rating:This company is fraudulent in its dealings with the public, my experience with this company is not worth recommending to friends and relatives. I wanted to convert words to PDF on the 24/11/2023 so I search the Internet the Google to be precise that is why i have the confident dealing with them the initial amount specified of £1 was paid but to my surprise £ 29.90 was debited to my account illegaly without my consent, this is a BIG FRAUD which does not represent a good customer relationship and stealing customer money. With this I am reporting the case to my Bank for necessary action to be taken

Rating:Watch Out for Charges from "Wwidealpdf"
I noticed an unauthorised charge of £34.99 from "Wwidealpdf" on my bank statement. After some digging, I found out:
1. No such Legitimate Business: Despite the name suggesting it's from Geneva, Switzerland, there's no evidence this company actually exists there.
2. Recurring Issue: Lots of people have reported similar unauthorised charges from this entity, which seems to be a scam.
If you see this charge, contact your bank immediately and report it. Stay alert!

Rating:I've just had the same thing happen. A week after I tried to send a pdf to my OT, £34.99 showed as pending. My bank were notified but they gave them the option to return the money rather than stopping it as I had requested. Now my card has needed to be stopped. 😡
