Rating:Red flag! They advertise free worldwide shipping on ALL ORDERS yet when I tried to place an order they added on 7.99 standard shipping!

Rating:I ordered 4 coats for gifts back in December and I have not received any email or messages regarding my order but they have received my payment.

Rating:SCAMMERS - DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE.
I purchased a product for almost 60 euro and received the incorrect product of a far inferior quality and purchase value. I immediately contacted their support team for a refund. They advised that I would need to ship the incorrect product to China to return it, and they said this would cost me too much and then offered me a ridiculous $4 compensation.
They have refused to give me a refund, or send me the correct product. They will not send me the shipping details to return the incorrect product either, which goes against their policy (even thought legally they should pay for this to be returned, or allow me to keep it as it was their "Error").
DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM.
