Rating:Bought twi items frim them. Site says they will not charge your card until item were shipped. Havent recived an email and items havent shipped. Tried calling them, phone is busy and no one is answering. The charged cam through my card as dont by this chair. Scam. Pull their site down I contacted tge Attorney General!!!!!!

Rating:I ordered some cat products, I've never recieved an email for order number or shipping info.. they charged my card immediately after ordering! Guess I'm out all this money!!🤬🤬

Rating:Never received an order confirmation and unable to reach them. Wow. Certainly hope this site is not a scam. What I ordered was a gift for my son. Can’t afford to buy anything else. I’m sad for now, but still a little hopeful.

Rating:SCAM!! My comments are the same as those from the other 1-star reviewers. They billed my card immediately, even though website says they won't do so until item ships. Their phone either rings off the hook, or is busy. No response to messages I've sent. I should have smelled a rat, based on the ridiculously low catfood prices.

Rating:I ordered a cat tree condo 17 days ago, they never ask me to create an account, but same day charged my credit card, no response, phone goes dead after 1 ring, tried sending 2 different ways by email, says sorry error occurred, I think I have been scammed. I am very upset by not getting any response from them.

Rating:* SCAM* *BEWARE* It appears I have been scammed just like everyone else. I thought I was ordering a Hamilton Beach Coffee Maker. I never received an email with my order confirmation although I took a screen image when I received the "Order Received" message on the Gozilos website. I tried to follow-up a week or so later when I had not received the item. No answer on phone, not able to send an email. I didn't realize they had charged my credit card until I received my statement today and saw the charge from "DONTBUYTHISCHAIR" for the price of the coffee pot that was never shipped nor received. I am disputing this charge with my credit card company.

Rating:Same complaints as everyone else. Thought I purchased a food processor. Got message "ordered received", no order # which was the first red flag. Then no follow-up email, website's phone number is a busy signal, unable to submit a message saying "error occurred-try later". Does not let you login with your email address to check status. They have block every way possible to contact and inquire about your order. Payment withdrawal was not made by Gozilos but instead Americas Best Pools in Lumberton, MS, which doesn't exist. Bank provided me a phone number for Americas Best but of course no answer. Gozilos website address is in FL and it's residential, no store front. Reported fraud to my bank and they have filed a claim. Called the US government to report internet fraud and they gave me this link to report/file a complaint, ic3.gov\home\filecomplaint. Everyone who got scammed should file a complaint to shut down this fraudulent website so they stop stealing from people. Disgraceful!

Rating:this co. basically have nothing to sell, they charge thousands of charges a year, if you ask for a refund you’ll get it. the way they make money is by people who forget the charges and never ask for a refund.
