Rating:they put themselves on facebook to sell items with a different name. My item was never sent. Instead they sent something different and they want me to pay to return it if I want my item that I bought. Very disappointing

Rating:No info on site order was coming from China. I ordered and after 25 days received awful scarf I did not order. It's worth maybe $5.
Supposed customer service said it was the shippers error. Told me I can send back what I didn't order (shipping $28) and after they receive they will refund my original order minus the $28 return shipping.
Other option is I can keep what I don't want and save shipping and they will refund 40% of original amount paid.
SCAM!
