I bought a seresto dog collar from doglory march 2023 and it is fake. I called the MFG elanco to report it and they ran the numbers that was on the tin. They wasn't there numbers . Plus collar didn't have a serial number on it. They told me not to use it. I could only email the company Doglory. You can't call them because they are in Hong Kong (china) . To get a refund I have to pay to return it. The shipping back will cost more than what I paid for the collar. I told them I reported them . They don't care. Shut these down. All out of USA companies should not be able to sell over here. They are thefts.

I foolishly purchased a Doglory robotic puppy. This thing was so misrepresented by the advertising. I was foolish to think the eyes and tongue would move as in the advertisement. They used clips of Real Puppys for their ads. I should've known better but they look so cute. The one I received is a lifeless looking, dead eyed stuffed animal basically.

I'm sure that it walks but I haven't bothered taking it out of the package because of my disappointment. I checked their return policy and I cannot return it unless it's damaged or not functioning correctly. Even if they send the wrong color, they won't refund for that either.

How is that right. The one I received is like a tan color but I asked for brown like what I saw in the ad.

I bought the robotic dog and I was shocked when I received it. It was as small as my palm. They wont take it back and will give you a small percentage for what you paid for. Please watch out before purchasing from these people . Read their refund policy PLEASE!!
