Rating:I bought a rooftop kayak rack from Loovine ($400) and it seemed all legit. I got notification of delivery, but package wasnāt there when I arrived home several hours later, but a couple of details were I consistent in the delivery info. Several emails to customer service all resulted in āundeliverableā due to āpermanent errorā. I think Iāve been scammed.

Rating:Same thing. Ordered a Yakima Truck Bed Kit 1 from them, no one else in US has them. Notified on Jul 1 that it was delivered via FedEx to an address in Manchester, CT. I live in Glastonbury, CT. I contacted FedEx Jul 6 and was told package was delivered to a business in Manchester. Weight of package was listed as 8 ounces. Weight of Yakima Truck Bed Kit is 10 pounds. Tried to contact Lovine.com support which produces a Daemon error. Used Chat today and no response naturally. This whole website is a scam. Should be 0 stars,

Rating:This just happened to me too. Stated item was delivered to another address that was not mine. The weight did not match the order and the company did not return messages.
