Rating:My Father in law bought a GPS from this site and when we were setting it up it said the battery was low. He turned it off and put it on the charger overnight, then the next morning tried to turn it on and it went to the boot screen and turned off. He thought it was a bad charger since it was the USB cord that came with the unit so we used the GPS cord that I use with my Garmin and it kept flashing the boot screen and then turning off, just to repeat as long as the cord is plugged in. He gave me his information to contact GeekedCity on his behalf and they only have an Email for customer support so I emailed them with his information and looking to figure out how to remedy the situation. They said they usually get back withing 24 hours to their customers and it has been 5 days. Still no reply so I wouldn't recommend spending your money with them.

Rating:I purchased 2 GE refrigerator water filters from Geeked City. When I went to install them, both of them were defective. I went to home depot, bought the exact same filter and it worked perfectly as it had in the past. I've reached out to Geeked City help email 10 to 15 times and I've gotten only 2 replies from them, neither reply was to refund my money or replace the defective filters. My recommendation is to NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. If you do there is a good chance you'll regret it.

Rating:No matter what I try to do to find out where my stuff is I’m unable to have any luck. They want you to get an app with shop and shop wants to get into all your information or they want to charge you to find out where your product is I will never use this Company again

Rating:I received an email from Jackie which I try to send photos and all I get is unable to use email
so again, they make it difficult to even reply with pictures. This is the worst site I have ever used things come damaged, missing parts, and do not work correctly from my personal just look at the pictures well I tried to download pictures it will not allow me. How convenient is that anybody use this say good luck to you.

Rating:I paid $300 for a Earth lamp 37 days ago and haven't received it. I ask several times about via email and they kept telling me its on the way and is stuck in US customs. I called US customs and they said it would never take that long to clear customs. Then I asked for my money back and the response was its on the way. I still haven't received the lamp or my money back. If you want to order from here just run!

Rating:It’s been several weeks since they said they were going to correct my order still waiting. Been trying to figure out when they’re going to send it they will not reply. This seller should be kicked off the website.

Rating:Miss represented an item so I asked to return it. I received an email where I could return the item and I sent it back expecting a refund!! What a joke now I’ve been fighting Apple Pay because geeked city thinks they can keep the returned item and the money I paid!!! This company is a total scam!! Save yourself a headache and shop somewhere else!!

Rating:Still waiting it’s been a couple months now. Jackie reached out to me and asked me if I’d be willing to accept the correct item and I answered her quickly and told her yes but yet here I am still waiting they have not contacted me nor will they reply to my messages, I wish I could give a -5 star rating I certainly would. I probably could’ve picked an item out of the trash better than the item I received that cost me $100. What a waste buyers beware stay away from from this website and seller go to your local Walmart

Rating:Scam website. I purchased 2 gps trackers. When they arrived, I realized that the description on the website didn't match the product & I couldn't use them. I sent several emails asking to initiate the return (as they promise 30 days for returns), but they never replied to my emails.

Rating:I ordered a portable air conditioner it came used in a broken box held together with scotch tape and the packaging material inside was broken styrofoam the parts were there I think but no instructions
no instructions gone # to call only an email address that no one reads but it does put out a polite email back saying I’m sorry you are having problems with your item we will get back to your within 24 hours.

Rating:Geekedcity is a rip off ! They take your money but you never receive the product. They just keep saying it’s on the way. The first watch was lost and now they say the second one is too! Scam

Rating:I paid for a room air conditioner and never received it when i asked about it i was told it was delivered to the wrong address and I should call ups and tell them it went to the wrong address and town and try to find it I said give me a refund and that never happened i was scamed by this company
