Rating:MOZfigure is a scam, if you check other reviews as well. I ordered something from them in June 2024. It was to be released in December 2024. Nothing. I contacted them in January 2025 and suddenly they told me that shipping is half of what the figure is worth. I considered it, but paid it in the end. Then nothing again, despite me reaching out to them a few times. In May they finally wrote back, saying they miscalculated shipping and I have to pay shipping again! I told them I wish to step back from the contract then, for they clearly have broken it (ignoring me, playing with shipping fees, etc). They have been ignoring me ever since then - my money gone.
