Rating:Scammer asked to withdrawal 0.55 BTC due being forbidden in his home country (Nepal), thus he would send via BTC and I would transfer via Paypal.
He then transferred me 0.3 BTC on the coinzgrup exchange, but when trying to withdrawal it asks for 0.012 BTC to confirm your account...so that's the trick. They make money with the confirmation.
