Rating:I have not received it and no one will respond to my efforts to contact them. Made in China. I feel like a fool.

Rating:Appears to be a scam company. Placed a $109 order on Feb. 15 and was receiving regular shipping updates until the 24th. Received one more update on March 1 saying my order had arrived at a facility one state over, but it's now been over a week and my six attempts to contact regenalight have gone unanswered. When you call their customer service number, you get an automatic message saying their reps are busy helping other callers and they ask you to leave your name and number. Unsurprisingly, I've received no response.

Rating:Wanted to initiate a return. Havent received any contact back after calling and emailing. It's been several days. When first inquiring about the product before purchasing, I received responses the same day or next day. I think they're wanting to wait until the return window closes. I don't know, but something isn't right.

Rating:Received the product after three weeks of shipping among them a 4 days of cusoms clearance....it is strange that no manufacturer no product's country of origin no barcode are mentioned neither in the mask nor in the package box ....but the mask seems working perfectly....I use only yellow lights and I don't believe no rosacea anymore so no redness in my cheeks...only after two times of use..before that I was suffering for years .it seems to be a great product even if it is with an unknown origin and strangely presented

Rating:Horrible product. Scam company. Mask stopped working after 10 uses. Company won't return my emails. I am disputing the charge with my credit card company at the moment.

Rating:I bought this product in the black Friday sale. It took a while to arrive as it was shipped to the UK. The mask is quite heavy and the straps are flimsy with the velcro not sticking.
Having said that i have noticed an improvement with the red and green light being used.
The charge does last long.
It's not the best but does the job.

Rating:Ordered as a Christmas gift, recieved regular shipping updates up to a point, even got a reaponse from cutomer service after notifications ended but those also stopped and now nothing, no mask, no help, no nothing. They blamed the USPS but even they dont take two weeks to ship something from Chicago to Detroit once it arrivwd in the US if it ever even arrived in the first place. Dont buy. Save yourself a headache.
