Never trust anybody whom you met in the internet about making money or refer you to any website including MAXEX. Always remember: Your so-called internet friends will NEVER help you to make money. The website(s), APPs that they refer you to are fake. The fake investment websites and APPs do allow victims to withdraw a small amount of money (maybe a few hundred dollars) to trick you to gain your confidence. When you put more and more money into those fake web sites, you will never be able to withdraw your money even if you pay those fees to those scammers.

Scammers are Chinese syndicate from Thailand/Sihanoukville Cambodia. This platform is not associated at all with the real Maxex.com, this site is fake at maxexllc.com. The scammer will pretend to be Russian, using Telegram app chat platform which is undetectable by American authorities.

It is a fake crypto futures trading platform with a "rewards" program they will try to get you to take out loans so you can get free money from depositing. They will try everything to get you to deposit.

Be aware they will try to do anything to get you to deposit into their crypto wallet:

I met a scammer on Facebook under the fake account Joanna Sokolov who said she is into investing crypto and can show me how. The profile is: https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100081074204806 Communication was via telegram app, username @Ang2221

The individual is a Chinese man working for a Chinese scam syndicate. He doesn't even speak English use translation to communicate with you. He will walk you through coinbase or crypto.com and will urge you to download the scam app from maxexllc.com via an iphone App (https://www-apple.zkenfnes.com/u1QAc.html) stating that it is owned by a real company maxex.com, "her" father is a day trader and uses it, and she uses complicated math to profit from high or low nodes in futures trading. You will probably question it but he will try to assure you that there are many crypto platforms out there. The most important tool she has is trying to remind you of your financial goals to get you to keep investing and whenever you question something because the app is soo sketch, he will always remind you of your goals or pretend to be upset with you to get you to react, he will ask you to define your financial goal number, lets sat 1.5 million. There is a Thai/Cambodian woman they use as their voice when you want to hear a female voice.

He will then show you how to withdraw and deposit to get you to trust the app even though you probably already see how sketchy it is. [This would be the only time you would ever be able to withdraw] He will lead... Read more

Thanks to my reports, we got em'

The United States has seized digital currency worth about half a million dollars from an account registered to a Chinese man who featured in a Reuters investigation into crypto-investment fraud run from Southeast Asia.
US authorities said the scam that prompted the seizure involved a crypto-investment fraud known as pig butchering. In such schemes, fraudsters manipulate unsuspecting people they meet online, persuading them to invest in bogus cryptocurrency schemes.

The US Secret Service seized the cryptocurrency from an account in the name of Wang Yicheng in June, according to a document filed by US authorities in federal court in Massachusetts. The cryptocurrency was worth about US$500,000 at the time. Money initially stolen from a Massachusetts victim was traced to Wang's account, the November 21 filing said.

Reuters, in an article published last month, identified Wang as a businessman who forged relationships with members of Thailand's law-enforcement and political elite while serving as the vice-president of a Bangkok-based Chinese trade group.

The November 23 article detailed how a cryptocurrency account in Wang's name received more than US$90 million in recent years, based on documents and transaction logs. Of that, at least US$9.1 million came from a cryptocurrency wallet that US blockchain analysis firm TRM Labs said was linked to pig-butchering scams.

The report highlighted the example of a California man whose family said he was scammed... Read more
