Rating:HORRIBLE....their customer support does not respond to emails..not an easy page to navigate..will not respond when you ask where or when your order will arrive..PLEASE use another site that is reputable that will send you your order and provide customer support and service

Rating:No stars! Ordered an animal ornament in mid Nov. and didn’t receive email confirmation as promised. On Dec 2 I e-mailed them to say I didn’t receive the item. They responded they had my order and sent me a shipping confirmation number link. The link did not work so I emailed them again. They sent a new link and said to trust them and not dispute charges with my credit card company. (Red flag!) So of course I immediately did just that. Put the shipping # into google and indeed it said a label was made. On Dec 10 checked again and the item has not progressed from making the label. I have little hope of receiving this item.

Rating:The company using the name AnimalsKind is a scam. Ordered a Christmas ornament with our dog sitting in a Christmas stocking for $25.00 +/-. We did receive the "ornament" and I use the term loosely. It is a piece of plastic with an image imprinted - and n to a good image at that. The shipping label says it is shipped from a Tung Dao, 7471 warner Ave PO Box 1, Huntington Beach CA.
Don't waste your time or money - this company is a scam! They do not deserve any stars - not even one star.

Rating:total scam- picture of ornament shows what looks to be 3 dimensional 'crystal' ornament for $15- what arrived was flat, dull 2-D piece of plastic! And this took almost 1 month- SCAM!! Not worth $1!

Rating:One star is generous. Complete rip off, the 'ornament' is a piece of junk.
Only resolution is to report the fraud through you credit card company.

Rating:IN NOVEMBER I ORDERED 2 DOORMATS WITH THE PICTURE OF MY DOG, AUSTRALIAN COBBERDOG DUTCHPROUD IZZY, RECEIVED 2 PLACEMATS IN FEBRUARI,ASKED FOR A REFUND IN MARCH, STILL NOTHING
