Rating:This is a scam. I ordered bras from their site with a "100% customer satisfaction" claim. First of all, the sizing chart is totally inaccurate. I ordered my size indicated on their sizing chart, and it was no where close to fitting. I contacted their customer service e-mail address, and requested return procedures and return address since I can use these items. I was required to send them photos of the items, invoice, and shipping label on the package. I believe that this is a ploy to discourage you from pursuing a return. Then they offered me a 10% discount if I was willing to keep the items because the return postage to China would be approximately $20. Nowhere on their website does the "100% customer satisfaction guarantee" mention anything about $20 return postage to a Chinese address. When I turned the 10% down, they offered me 15% to keep the items. I insisted on a return address for a full refund, and was finally given the address after 7 e-mails with these people. Since I have $60 worth of merchandise, I am going to return it. This is a scam that I am reporting to PayPal. Do not order from this company!

Rating:If you report this to Paypal and fill out a complaint form on their website. They will give you a claim number they will investigate it and then they will send you back your money via Paypal. This happened to me before as well.

Rating:I had the same experience. Ordered bras, the waist wrap and wind sculpture. The bras are a tiny cup joke. No way they will fit. Ad said made in USA, these are not. Waist wrap is probably big enough to wrap a sprained ankle. Wind sculpture is small, very small. None of these were worth the money. Stay away from any site selling this garbage!

Rating:I would give them a negative rating if it were possible. I ordered bras that when they came in were very petite in stature but the correct size around. I was offered a 10% refund, then it went to 15% and of course I could keep the items that didn't fit .... like that's going to do me a lot of good. I have repeatedly told them that would just like them replaced with ones 2 sizes larger but that is falling on deaf ears. Now I am beginning to doubt that I would actually receive the replacements when I spend the month to return them, which they have made a point to tell me that it will cost $20+ to return them.
Thank you Redsweater0236 - I am going to see if I placed the order thru Paypal or my visa and go at it that way.

Rating:I had the same problem. Was sent an incorrect bra size and have received minimal responses to get it exchanged. Not sure what to do. Don't even care about the money at this point. Would really appreciate a bra in the correct size!

Rating:The same thing happened to me. Just a runaround when trying to get a refund! If I could report this foreign supplier to the BBB, I would! Do not buy from them!!!

Rating:I ordered the Sora bra in the correct size. It finally came after a long wait. This bra wouldn't fit a 10 year old girl. Very short in length and too small around. After reading the above comments I feel it is fruitless to try to get a return on the purchase price.. It's a scam - pure and simple. I wish I'd investigated this outfit before I ordered...my mistake.

Rating:Scam. They will not give you a return address. The return address on the package is not a real address - the post office cannot return the item because the address is fake.

Rating:Ditto the above experiences! Worst website ever. NO response after 3 tries to return a horrible bra. I should have checked them out ahead of time. Learned my lesson. SCAM SCAM SCAM
Giving them one star only to record the review. Should be a "negative 5 stars". I suppose the one star is for the nice-looking website that sucked me into their scam.

Rating:Ditto the above. The bras look nice, but no support and do not even come close to fitting when using their guidelines. I paid over $60 and want the refund they claim to say I could have if not satisfied. I can't even get to customer service, and am given a runaround. DO NOT BUY FOM THEM!
