Rating:Fantastic site. If a product fails to arrive within the shipping time limit, get a refund. If the item is wrong, get a refund.
Don't trust the sellers of the is a problem. Only trust the AliExpress employees. Half of my disputes resulted in the seller asking me to cancel the dispute and they would take care of the issue. I cancelled the first one and never heard back from the seller. Every time since then, I ignored the seller when they asked me to cancel the dispute. AliExpress has refunded my money on every dispute I have had, other than that one that I cancelled.

Rating:Terrible service, anti-ethical, I bought a USB device and it just doesn't work and, Aliexpress just "judged" to NO refund and NO replace even in de complain period. If they do it with a $12.00 device image with an expense one!! I`ll never buy there again... I do not recommend!!

Rating:I ordered 2 paint by number sets from Aliexpress in April 2020. By June I still hadn't received them so I cancelled 1 of them. They refunded me but then sent the paint set anyway so I paid them back and now I received an email this morning that another set is at our post office waiting for me to pick it up. Going to send it back. In the meantime I never have received the other paint by number either! Both are coming from China.

Rating:You can get almost anything at Aliexpress, and if the package is damaged or doesn't live up to the customers expectations, you easily get a discount or refund(depending on the issue).
