Rating:This site came up when I was waiting for a registered letter with important documents from uk to Portugal via Royal Mail, I thought they were connected0.I have just realised that for several months they have been drawing near 30 euros a month from my account. It is not possible to cancel the account via their website as all you get when you try is an internal error report. I am about to phone my bank to attempt to block them, they are thieves preying on the gullible

Rating:I authorized a 0.49 EURO transaction for tracking a parcel, they confirm receiveing payment. After a month they withdraw 29.9 EURO silent, without any notification, or ask for confirmation. The Cancel option on their site does not work. This site is a scam.

Rating:My wife authorised 0.49 to track one letter. The bank contacted us when 29.90 was taken out our account a few weeks after the initial payment. Bank had to stop her card and issue a new one. Now in process of claiming our 29.90 back through the bank. It was disappointing that this company appeared on the Spanish Post Office site.

Rating:Apologies to the Spanish Post Office. It would appear that my wife didn't find it on their website. She clicked on Parcelocator website because it was in English. Hope nobody else makes the same mistake
