Rating:DO NOT BUY from this seller. The vendor has sent a bogus tracking number. The package was signed for by a person that does not exist. I was home and received no package. The package weight is for 1lb. The a/c unit I ordered weighs 45 lbs. I have tried 3 different emails and made phone calls to the only available number. Emails fail. Phone msg not returned. The order shows it is still NOT shipped as of today and I have not received an order confirmation or shipment notification email. The website states the order can be cancelled prior to shipment but I cannot reach them to do so. I have copies of all of my attempts to correspond, fake tracking info and order status as of today.
