Rating:Do NOT buy from Conzoll. I placed an order over two and a half weeks ago, and it has literally been on a slow boat from China ever since. I doubt it will ever arrive. Good thing is I didn't waste too much money on it.

I placed an order on 04/10/22 and have still not received it! I was told it got lost in transit & a new order will be shipped. My replacement order has not been shipped yet! Not sure how to get my money back!! Very irate and feel I’ve been scammed!!

Rating:I ordered a personalized cat door mat and paid over $40 USD!!! They make it look like a real, genuine door mat....but it came all folded up, stuffed in my mailbox....it's more like an oversized placemat ( same material as a placemat). Worse than Dollarstore quality!! (And of course they won't refund it!!) They are absolute scammers....stay FAR away from them!!!!

Great, I ordered the cat personalized door mat along with a personalized t-shirt & a personalized apron! My order has not arrived, was told it was lost in transit. A new order is supposed to be sent and a 10% discount for my trouble. It’s been over 4 weeks since I placed my original order, pretty sure I’ve been scammed!! Going to fight to get my $$ back, wish me luck!

Rating:I, too, ordered the personalized cat door mat. Like JustMe, the mat arrived folded in my mailbox. Contacted the company about returning it. They offered a measly 20% refund which amounts to $8; this mat is not worth $5. They also claim that they don't advertise the mat was for outdoor use which is false as per the attached photo from their website. They claim because it's personalized, can't resell it. My cat has a common name 'Tigger' so it shouldn't be a problem.

I only hope I can get a full refund on my order as I too fell for this cat doormat scam! I also ordered a personalized t-shirt & apron, wonder what kind of quality those end up to be as I have not received my order!!

Rating:Don’t order from this company, nothing but a waste of time and your money!!
I’m hoping I can get a full refund on my order as it’s been over 4 weeks (ordered on 04/10/22) and was told it’s lost in transit! A new order is supposed to be shipped with a 10% discount for my trouble (That’s a whole $11!), what a scam!!

Rating:Similar situation happened to me as this mat is not for outdoor use and the printing and graphics are awful. It came all folded up in this thin plastic envelope. I contacted PayPal and filed a complaint. They initially only offered me 20% upon which I denied and demanded a full refund and they came back saying that the shipping would cost money which I ended up accepting 50% which IMO was still too much for this dollar store quality place mat!

Rating:I was leary ordering, but decided to anyway and ordered the "Favorite Place to Be" print for my husband. It took 3 weeks to get here (Canada), but holy crap, I am happy I ordered!! It came on a canvas, rolled up like a poster but had a firm roll in the center to prevent bending. It was exactly as I wanted, which was a relief because I sent an e-mail requesting to make a change. They responded immediately and applied the correction. I am in love with it and will definitely order more!!!

Rating:Conzoll says it all in their name. Cons! Never received my order yet charged for it immediately. It says it was shipped and gave a tracking number that could never be tracked. Total scam company!

Rating:My bank blocked my card and sent a fraud alert. Once again, i think i got scammed even though they sent me an email. Hopefully my bank reverses the charges!
