Rating:They advertised on Facebook claiming they were a company called OUTLETDEALS.SHOP. Their site looked legit. They had (fake) commenters stating the site and location looked legit. Very sophisticated and convincing. Their response to me and contact info was in CHINESE!!! That was my red flag to contact them for verification. After no response I contacted PAYPAL, the FCC and my credit card company. I should have researched the company AND the website (ROSEKILLUSTRATION.COM) before paying. PAYPAL refunded me 3 days of the transaction (thank you!) Lessons learned, but I feel so sorry for all the other victims who were scammed.
